It’s official!
So we have our own place! It’s so exciting! Right now my lovely man is cooking me dinner! He kicked me out of the kitchen! Whatever he is cooking smells great. I’m sitting in the living room watching Seven Brides for Seven Brothers. Luke has this crazy selection of movies, sooo many I haven’t seen! I have a lot of new movies to watch.
We went to IKEA today and bought a bunch of stuff to organize the apartment. We also got cutlery and a magnetic knife rack. Our apartment is slowly coming together. We went grocery shopping today and we had to sort out what food we don’t eat. It’s funny how much you learn about a person when you go grocery shopping with them. Luke was very upset that I hated mushrooms! Haha!
Oddly enough, I’m super happy. I love having my own place away from my parents and my sister. Not that I don’t love them, I’m just used to being on my own at school. Although I’ve never had a roomie who stole the covers from me at night :P
This whole thing is going to take some getting used to but it’s an adventure that is just beginning!
